Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to online purchases through Liike Digital. It is designed for digital content, digital services and professional services and does not reduce rights granted by mandatory Finnish or EU consumer law.
1. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and purchase a service or electronically supplied digital content online, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to notify us that you wish to withdraw, unless a statutory exception applies or the right has been validly lost in accordance with law.
You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal.
2. Liike Learning and immediate digital access
Liike Learning access may begin immediately after successful payment. For V1, immediate access by itself does not remove a consumer's statutory withdrawal right. Unless Liike Digital has separately obtained the legally required express prior consent to immediate supply, the consumer's acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost, and confirmation of that consent on a durable medium, the consumer retains the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal.
If a valid withdrawal is made and a refund is due, access to the refunded digital product may be terminated when the withdrawal/refund is processed.
3. Services started at the consumer's request
If you expressly ask us to begin a non-digital service during the 14-day withdrawal period and then withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided, but only where the legal conditions for such payment have been met.
4. How to withdraw
You may withdraw by using the Withdraw from Purchase function on this website or by sending a clear statement to support@liikedigital.fi. Please include your name, email address, order number and the product or service concerned.
We will acknowledge an online withdrawal request on a durable medium, such as email, as soon as possible.
5. Model withdrawal notice
You may use the following wording, but it is not mandatory:
To Liike Digital Oy: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following product/service: [product/service]. Ordered on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer email/address: [details]. Date: [date].
6. Refund timing and method
Where a consumer is entitled to reimbursement following withdrawal, Liike Digital will reimburse the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to any lawful deductions or exceptions. The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another lawful method is agreed.
7. Defective or non-conforming digital content/services
The withdrawal right is separate from your rights where digital content or a digital service is defective, delayed or does not conform to the contract. Consumers may be entitled to performance, correction, price reduction, termination, refund or other statutory remedies depending on the circumstances.
8. Business customers
The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds for B2B projects are governed by the accepted proposal, statement of work, order confirmation or other written agreement.
