These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of the Liike Digital website and services.

1. Scope and customer status

Liike Digital provides digital learning access, digital tools, business intelligence, website and marketing analysis, consulting, automation and related digital services. These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers unless a product-specific agreement, proposal or order confirmation states otherwise.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under Finnish and European Union consumer law always prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms. Provisions described as applying only to business customers do not restrict consumer rights.

2. Product and service information

The main characteristics, price, access period and included scope of each product or service are shown before purchase. Product descriptions, proposals and order confirmations form part of the contract. Third-party services or resources may be used where stated.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Consumer prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Business-service prices may be stated excluding VAT where expressly indicated. The final payable amount and applicable taxes are shown before the customer confirms the order.

Online payments are processed through payment methods made available by Shopify and its payment partners. High-value business services may also be paid by invoice or bank transfer when separately agreed.

4. Formation of the contract

A contract is formed when the customer places an order and Liike Digital accepts it, normally by electronic order confirmation. Bespoke business-service contracts may instead be formed by acceptance of a proposal, statement of work or other written agreement.

5. Digital delivery and access

Digital products and services are delivered electronically. Unless otherwise stated, access begins after successful payment confirmation or another agreed activation event.

Liike Learning: a 30-Day Topic Access purchase provides access to one selected learning topic for 30 days from the qualifying paid purchase. Access is personal to the purchasing customer account and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

Liike Learning may contain Liike-created summaries, guidance, prompts, action plans and links to third-party resources. External resources remain subject to the third party's own terms and availability. Payment is for Liike Digital's curation, structure, guidance and access experience, not for ownership of third-party content.

6. Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The detailed rules, exceptions, procedure and refund timing are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, Liike Digital does not rely on loss of the statutory withdrawal right unless the consumer has separately given the legally required express consent and acknowledgement. Where no valid consent and acknowledgement have been obtained, the consumer retains the applicable statutory withdrawal right.

7. Services started during the withdrawal period

If a consumer expressly requests that a non-digital service begins during the withdrawal period and later withdraws before completion, Liike Digital may charge only the proportion permitted by applicable consumer law for the service already provided. No charge will be imposed where the legal requirements for it have not been met.

8. Defects, conformity and complaints

Digital content and services must conform to the contract and applicable statutory requirements. If a service or digital product is defective, delayed or materially different from what was agreed, consumers have the remedies provided by applicable Finnish and EU law. Please contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the problem.

9. Customer accounts and security

Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate information. We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, prevent fraud or comply with law. Such measures do not limit statutory consumer remedies.

10. Acceptable use

Purchased digital materials may be used for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, systematically extract, share account access, circumvent access controls or use Liike Digital materials to create a competing content library or service without permission.

11. Intellectual property

Liike Digital retains all rights in its original website content, brand, analyses, summaries, templates, prompts, reports and learning materials. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holder.

12. AI-assisted services

Some services may use AI-assisted analysis. Outputs are intended to support business decision-making and may contain errors or require human verification. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, medical or regulated financial advice. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Business-customer terms

For business customers, project scope, milestones, customer dependencies, acceptance criteria, payment schedule, intellectual-property arrangements and liability may be further defined in a proposal or statement of work. If there is a conflict, that accepted business agreement prevails for that project.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, nor does it restrict mandatory consumer rights. For business customers only, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Liike Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

15. Availability and third parties

We aim to keep digital services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to restore service and fulfil statutory obligations.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms for future purchases to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version applicable to an order is the version made available when the contract was concluded unless a lawful later change is specifically agreed or permitted for an ongoing service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. For consumers, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection available under applicable law.

Please contact Liike Digital first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, after first complaining to Liike Digital, may refer an eligible dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta). The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Business-to-business disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation will, unless otherwise agreed, be submitted to the Helsinki District Court.
